Sobriety is a powerful achievement—but for many, it’s just the beginning.Recovery counseling is for individuals who have already done the hard work of getting sober and are ready to explore what lies beneath the surface. This might include healing unresolved trauma, understanding relationship patterns, working through shame, or developing a more grounded and compassionate sense of self.
That said, if you’re still working toward sobriety or navigating early recovery, you’re welcome here too. I’ve worked with individuals in all stages of the recovery process—from active use to long-term sobriety—and I respect the courage it takes to even consider getting support.Together, we’ll explore the emotional roots of addiction, untangle persistent patterns, and support the kind of growth that sustains long-term change.
My work with clients in recovery is compassionate, collaborative, and depth-oriented. I help people make sense of the “why” behind persistent patterns so they can shift from coping to growing. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches to support sustainable growth and emotional clarity in recovery.
